Process of Admissions

  • New students seeking admittance into Holy Family Regional School will complete a new student application.
    • Applications MUST include all required forms and the $25 application fee in order to be accepted. Photocopies of the required forms are requested.

• An initial deadline for applications will be posted. Applications received by the initial deadline will be given first priority for available seats based on the HFRS Priority for Acceptance Policy.
• Applications received after the initial deadline will be considered for remaining available seats in the order they are received.
• All new students participate in a grade-level screening.
• Appointments for screening are scheduled by the admissions office.
• Registration/Acceptance materials are sent upon completion of the screening process.
• A non-refundable registration fee of $250 is due at the time of formal registration.

Priority for Acceptance

  • Siblings of current or former Holy Family students
    • Children of parents/guardians who are registered, supporting members of one of the 5 parishes
    • Children transferring from another Catholic school
    • Children from other Catholic parishes
    • Children from other Christian faiths

    Current Family Registration:
    • Siblings of students already attending Holy Family Regional School complete an application in early November.
    • Registration for returning students takes place in February.
    • Siblings will participate in the screening process.
    • Appointments for screening are scheduled by the admissions office.
    • A non-refundable registration fee will be required of all returning students and new siblings.
