JV & Varsity Expectations
|
JV — Grades 4–6 Developmental while still competitive. Playing time is generally fair and equitable, based on commitment, coachability, and preparation, with an emphasis on meaningful opportunities to grow. |
Varsity — Grades 7–8 A more competitive experience. Playing time isn't guaranteed equally, though all players get opportunities to contribute, based on commitment, attitude, and skill. |
Playing time is never guaranteed in every game and may be considered over the full season.
